5. Session Policies & Cancellations
Scheduling & Attendance
Sessions are 50 minutes in length
Sessions are conducted via secure video platform or in-person at our San Diego office
Clients are responsible for arriving on time; late arrivals may result in shortened sessions
Cancellation Policy
24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the session
Emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis with compassion
No-Show Policy
If you miss a scheduled session without notice, the session is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Membership Commitment
Essential Membership ($89/month): 3-month minimum commitment
Growth Membership ($159/month): 3-month minimum commitment
After initial commitment, memberships auto-renew monthly
Sessions roll over for up to 2 months if unused
Membership can be paused (up to 1 month per year) or cancelled after commitment period with 30-day written notice
Payment Terms
Payment is processed via Stripe (secure, encrypted)
Membership fees are automatically charged on the same date each month
Failed payments will result in 3-day grace period before membership suspension
No refunds for services already rendered
