5. Session Policies & Cancellations

Scheduling & Attendance

  • Sessions are 50 minutes in length

  • Sessions are conducted via secure video platform or in-person at our San Diego office

  • Clients are responsible for arriving on time; late arrivals may result in shortened sessions

Cancellation Policy

  • 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the session

  • Emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis with compassion

No-Show Policy

If you miss a scheduled session without notice, the session is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

Membership Commitment

  • Essential Membership ($89/month): 3-month minimum commitment

  • Growth Membership ($159/month): 3-month minimum commitment

  • After initial commitment, memberships auto-renew monthly

  • Sessions roll over for up to 2 months if unused

  • Membership can be paused (up to 1 month per year) or cancelled after commitment period with 30-day written notice

Payment Terms

  • Payment is processed via Stripe (secure, encrypted)

  • Membership fees are automatically charged on the same date each month

  • Failed payments will result in 3-day grace period before membership suspension

  • No refunds for services already rendered
