About Rocheline
Rocheline Williams (she/her) specializes in leadership, talent, and organizational development. Her practice brings together empathy, multicultural awareness, and evidence-based techniques. Having worked in both clinical and organizational settings in Brazil and the United States, she brings a global perspective to supporting professionals navigating complex work demands, leadership challenges, and life transitions. She has a particular interest in immigration and multicultural issues, helping clients navigate the unique challenges and opportunities that arise in cross-cultural and international contexts.
Her practice is grounded in psychological science, applied behavioral methods, and validated psychometric assessments, complemented by ongoing supervision and professional development. She provides services in English and Portuguese.
Generally, her method moves through three interrelated stages:

Strategy — Mapping possibilities, clarifying priorities, and setting goals.
