Hi, I’m Rocheline

I'm an Organizational Psychologist (M.A.) specializing in career, leadership, and executive coaching for professionals navigating the demands of contemporary work, career transitions, leadership development, burnout, and the dimensions of professional life.

My approach integrates evidence-based psychology and professional coaching with the reality that professional challenges are deeply human experiences. The work isn't just about strategy or tactics; it's about understanding yourself in the context of work.

I work in English and Portuguese, serving professionals in person in San Diego and via secure, encrypted virtual sessions worldwide.

My Approach

The work moves through three interconnected stages:

Insight

Understanding your story, patterns, and what is actually driving your experience. This isn't just problem identification, it's making sense of what you are feeling and why it's challenging.

Strategy

Clarifying what matters, exploring possibilities, and creating direction. Not a rigid plan, but a framework that accounts for both external realities and your internal experiences.

Action

Building skills, making decisions, and implementing change with ongoing support. This is where insight becomes sustainable transformation, not just temporary relief.

My approach is compassionate, curious, and gently challenging while being attuned to where you are and what you actually need

WHO I WORK WITH

I work with professionals and leaders who recognize that sustainable success requires more than better strategies. It requires self-awareness, clarity, and understanding of the human side of work.

You might be navigating:

  • Career uncertainty, transitions, or questioning your direction

  • Professional burnout and whether this level of stress is sustainable

  • Leadership challenges, team dynamics, or stepping into new roles

  • Executive-level complexity, high-stakes decisions, or organizational transformation

  • Imposter syndrome, self-doubt, or feeling like success is performance

  • Work-life integration, boundaries, or aligning professional demands with personal values

  • AI disruption, workplace transformation, or questioning your role's future

  • Returning to work after maternity leave, sabbatical, or extended leave

  • Repositioning after unemployment, layoffs, or involuntary career changes

  • Major life transitions affecting your professional identity and direction

My clients range from professionals navigating career transitions to executives managing organizational complexity, united by recognizing that professional challenges are human challenges.

I offer four distinct types of support, each grounded in organizational psychology and coaching, focused on individual challenges:

Career Counseling — For navigating career uncertainty, transitions, and burnout. Understanding what you're feeling and why, not just what to do next.

Career Coaching — For pursuing specific goals: promotions, pivots, negotiations, strategic career moves. Combining personal insight with practical direction.

Leadership Coaching — For emerging leaders and new managers navigating team dynamics, organizational expectations, and leadership identity development.

Executive Coaching — Executive Coaching — For Directors, VPs, and C-suite managing complexity, transformation, and senior leadership

My Journey to This Work

I came to this work through my own experience navigating professional transitions and the questions that emerge when external success doesn't resolve internal uncertainty. As someone who has rebuilt a career across countries and cultures, I understand the complexity of professional identity, the weight of high expectations, and the difficulty of making authentic career decisions when you have invested years in a particular path. This lived experience, combined with formal training in organizational psychology, shapes how I work: With honesty about what career development actually requires, compassion for the difficulty of change, and commitment to helping professionals build sustainable paths rather than just pushing through.
